Hinglish mein suno
Class example: Zomato par users ko homepage se order tak 18 minute lagte hain. Seedha feature par mat kudo - poocho kyun. Khaana nahi mil raha? Payment par atke? Address entry? Bahut zyada choices? Pehle root cause aur context.
Double Diamond: Discover (wide explore karo) → Define (real problem tak narrow karo) → Develop (kai solutions) → Deliver (chuno aur ship karo). Tab use karo jab problem broad aur unclear ho.
- Impact vs effort: simple, interviews mein great. Weighted scoring: kai criteria, lekin assumptions se bhara.
- Kano: must-be, performance aur delight features.
- RICE = Reach × Impact × Confidence ÷ Effort. Frameworks guide karte hain; judgment decide karta hai. HiPPO (highest-paid person's opinion) aur feature factory banne se bacho.
Activation aur aha moments: pehli real success se users ko lagna chahiye "yeh useful hai, main yeh dobara kar sakta hoon" - badges aur daily rewards isi early payoff ke liye hote hain. Class example - MilkBasket ne gated societies mein wallet aur subscription-style ordering use ki taaki repeat orders mein checkout friction lagbhag zero ho. Product design aksar chhupa hua business-model design hota hai.
User story = user + goal + benefit (intent). PRD scope, assumptions, risks aur how jodta hai. Acceptance criteria done define karte hain. Roadmap = planned direction; backlog = achha kaam jo is cycle mein fit nahi hua. Class case: ek service marketplace mein bahut cancellations the - pata chala repeat customers tab tak cancel karte rehte the jab tak unka preferred professional assign na ho. Fix: re-book-same-pro feature.
