PRD में research synthesis का owner PM होता है, भले ही evidence इकट्ठा करने में दूसरे मदद करें। Document को stakeholder और उनके decision के हिसाब से match करो।

• Waterfall = rigid phases. Scrum = छोटे sprints (~2 हफ़्ते), daily stand-up (15-20 min), sprint review और retro.
• Approval माँगने से पहले clarity के ज़रिए cross-functional buy-in लो - लोगों को सिर्फ़ doc की तरफ़ point मत करो।
• Delay, launch और incident updates इतने specific हों कि लोग उन पर action ले सकें। Delay communication आमतौर पर PM पर आता है। Critical flows के लिए explicit UAT और regression plans चाहिए।

STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) आपके experience को एक साफ़, भरोसेमंद story बनाता है - अंत measurable result से करो। Leadership writing का मतलब है clarity, compression और story. AI को thinking partner की तरह use करो, सोचने के replacement की तरह नहीं।

Class case - live-stream watch time गिरा: पूछो कौन-सा segment गिरा, कब, new vs repeat users, और बाहर क्या बदला। जवाब था audience mix में बदलाव और/या market crash, stream quality नहीं। Users full screen और PiP के लिए YouTube पर भी चले जाते थे, तो app ने अपना full-screen और zoom जोड़ा। हमेशा check करो कि users आगे कहाँ जाते हैं।
